The aim of this programme is to empower black pharmacy professionals and students to flourish in their career of choice and be role models for future generations. Our mentoring programme is based on mutual trust and respect from both mentor and mentees.
What is Mentoring?
Mentoring is a partnership that uplifts black pharmacy professionals and students into the positions they desire to be in. We believe that when individuals connect with and contribute to a fast-growing network of motivated and goal-oriented black professionals, they enhance their knowledge, fine-tune their skill sets, and boost their career prospects in line with their aspirations within pharmacy.
